On October 14, the 2024 Employment and Entrepreneurship Negotiation Month for College Graduates in Jilin Province - the Employment and Entrepreneurship Negotiation Fair for Cultural and Creative Graduates was grandly held in our campus.

 This fair was hosted by the Jilin Provincial Department of Education and jointly organized by the Jilin Provincial College Graduates Employment Guidance Center and Jilin Animation Institute. Shan Liancheng, Deputy Director of The Education Department of Jilin Province and member of the Party Leadership Group, Li Yanbing, President of the Jilin Provincial College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Association and Secretary of the Party Committee of Jilin Jianzhu University, Ning Baozhong, Director of the College Student Affairs Department of The Education Department of Jilin Province, Tang Hongfeng, Director of Jilin Provincial College Graduates Employment Guidance Center, Yue Wu, Party Secretary and Supervisor Commissioner of Jilin Animation Institute, Liu Xin, Vice Chairman of Jilin Animation Institute, Liu Zhenhua, Executive Vice President of Jilin Animation Institute, and other school leaders attended the meeting. Wang Xiaoyan, Secretary of the School Discipline Inspection Commission, presided over the opening ceremony.

The provincial college graduates' employment and entrepreneurship negotiation month aims to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, implement the employment priority strategy, strengthen the employment priority policy, improve the employment promotion mechanism, and promote the province's college graduates' fuller and higher-quality employment.

The fair set a special zone for animation and game, a special zone for film and media, and a cultural and creative integrated zone, inviting nearly 400 industrial parks, industry associations and employers from 23 provinces and cities such as Jilin, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, etc., and providing more than 10,000 positions. Some of the province's partner colleges and universities graduates of related disciplines have also come to the scene to participate in the employment and entrepreneurship fair. During the period of the fair, a series of diversified and rich sub-activities were carried out, such as the awarding ceremony of strategic cooperation between schools and enterprises in talent cultivation, the appointment ceremony of college students' employment and entrepreneurship tutors, school-enterprise symposiums, alumni salon, and Jilin Animation Institute Autumn Entrepreneurship Bazaar, and so on.

At the opening ceremony, Yue Wu said in his speech that the Employment and Entrepreneurship Negotiation Fair for Cultural and Creative Graduates is one of the large-scale series of campus recruitment and negotiation activities hosted in an effort to improve the overall employment and entrepreneurship level of the province's college graduates, and it is an employment and entrepreneurship event in the field of culture and creativity in our province. It is expected that employers will recruit widely and harvest a lot, and it is hoped that graduates will cherish the opportunity, give full play to their advantages and apply for jobs successfully.
