Xu Shibin said that the members of the alliance currently covered 92 schools of 59 universities in the province, covering 111 majors. The initiator - Jilin Animation Institute was approved by the Ministry of Culture as a national cultural industry demonstration base. In 2022, JAI won the construction unit of National Innovation and Entrepreneurship University, which had distinctive features and unique advantages in the construction of cultural majors, integration of production and education, and full-time training. In addition to related enterprises and institutions inside and outside the province, the alliance had relatively strong resources and a relatively solid foundation. It was believed that the continuous construction and development of the alliance would surely achieve the expected results and actual effects.
