Fulbright Program is the only official education exchange program between China and America. This program started from 1946. There are more than 100 countries involved in this program. This program is regarded as education exchange in 1985 by two countries. 25 scholars and postgraduate exchange between two countries regarding scientific research, study or lectures. Only two programs are given in the Northeast region. Jilin Animation invites Thomas Gasek from Rochester Institute of Technology with the support of Consulate General of the United States in Shenyang. Professor Gasek delivers a five-week stop motion animation studio in our university.

He introduces professional knowledge of the stop motion animation including storyboard, photography, prop, amateur. He also introduces Disney’s 12 basic principles of animation. He hope that students could make their animation character organic and appealling by analysing 12 basic principles.
