Recently, to show the characteristics and achievements of Jilin Animation Institute to the world, the delegation of Jilin Animation Institute exhibited at the MIPCOM in Cannes, France. Three animation theatrical productions and related derivatives were exhibited, including the original 3D animation filmsFrog Kingdom 3andFrog Kingdom 4, as well as the upcoming 3D animation filmZap’s Last Stand. These works showed the school's strength in creativity and animation production, attracted the presence and attention of many international buyers. This trip fully demonstrated the production ability and development prospects of Jilin Animation Institute to the international animation industry.
The delegates had in-depth discussions with many companies in various field, including animation creation concept, animation production technology, global promotion and distribution of original IP, co-production of animation works and product licensing.The participation not only facilitated JAI to have a more in-depth understanding of the development trend of the international animation industry, but also enabled us to have a clearer understanding of the positioning and development of our own works.
