On June 20, the graduation ceremony and degree conferral for 2025 graduateswas held at theJAI’s Culture and Art Center. In attendance were Chairman and President Zheng Liguo, Party Secretary and Supervisory Commissioner Yue Wu, Executive President Liu Zhenhua, and otherschool leaders, along with deans, department heads, parent representatives, and over 1,000 graduating students.
President Zheng Liguo delivered a keynote speech titled "Creating New Concepts, Ushering in a Golden Era."The ceremony was presided over by Vice President Wang Xiaoyan.
President Zheng Liguo extended his warmest congratulations and most sincere blessings to t2025 Graduates, while expressing heartfelt gratitude and highest respect to all parents present.
In his inspiring address, President Zheng remarked, "We all have our golden eras, but these precious moments are fleeting - we must seize every opportunity with full commitment." He passionately urged graduates to embrace "Three Golden Eras": First, align personal growth with China's developmental rhythm to ride the wave of the nation's golden era; second, boldly embrace emerging technologies and become industry pioneers by combining comprehensive competencies, artistic cultivation and technological innovation; third, leverage the creative thinking, professional skills and enterprising spirit cultivated at JAI to establish studios, develop original IPs, and write their own entrepreneurial legends. "Your alma mater will always stand firmly behind you," he affirmed, "supporting you to create extraordinary achievements during your prime years that will leave lasting marks on our times."
Liu Zhenhua officially announced three key resolutions: "Jilin Animation Institute's Decision on Granting Graduation to 3,316 Students of the Class of 2025 Including Zhang Bo," "The Decision to Award Bachelor's Degrees to 3,312 Undergraduate Graduates of 2025," and "The Decision to Grant Minor Bachelor's Degrees to 19 Graduates of 2025," while presenting diplomas to graduate representatives. Yue Wu then proclaimed "Jilin Animation Institute's Decision on Commending Outstanding Graduates of 2025" and awarded certificates to outstanding graduate representatives. Other university leaders successively read out "The Decision to Archive Outstanding Physical Graduation Works of 2025," "The Decision to Recognize Advanced Individuals in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practices Among 2025 Graduates," and "The Appointment of 141 Graduates Including Xu Keping as Alumni Liaisons for the Class of 2025," while presenting innovation/entrepreneurship achievement certificates and alumni liaison appointment letters to the recipients.
