May 30th – The Jilin Province College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Project Roadshow & Creative Market Event was held at Jilin Animation Institute.

Bai Lu, a certified National Youth Career Skills Trainer and provincial employment/entrepreneurship policy lecturer from Jilin Provincial Employment Service Bureau, delivered a comprehensive presentation on employment and entrepreneurship policies for college students across Jilin Province. The event featured project roadshows conducted by prominent institutions including Jilin Gengdong Culture & Arts Group, Jilin Agricultural University, Changchun University of Chinese Medicine, Jilin University of Finance and Economics, Jilin Jianzhu University, and Jilin Animation Institute.
In his opening address, Liu Zhenhua, Executive President of Jilin Animation Institute, emphasized that in this era of deep integration between digital economy and cultural creativity, universities must activate talent potential through strengthened industry-education collaboration. Leveraging its distinctive "Integration of Learning, Research and Industry" educational model, Jilin Animation Institute has established an innovative ecosystem that converges education, culture, art, technology and market forces. Through comprehensive industry practice platforms, students refine their creative capabilities in real-world projects, building both a nurturing stage for innovation/entrepreneurship and solid foundations for high-quality employment.
"This event serves not only as a showcase for young talents' innovative achievements, but more importantly as a bridge connecting academic excellence with industry needs," President Liu stated. He encouraged students to illuminate Jilin's landscape with youthful creativity, urging them to capitalize on national "Cultural Powerhouse" strategies, leverage policy support and pool university resources to transform entrepreneurial aspirations into reality and let every employment enthusiasm shine brightly. The president's inspiring words highlighted the institute's commitment to cultivating industry-ready talents who can thrive in China's burgeoning creative economy.
The event achieved remarkable outcomes: The in-depth policy interpretation sessions embedded employment and entrepreneurship concepts deep in participants' minds, while the spectacular project roadshows fully demonstrated the boundless creativity of universities and enterprises. The diverse exhibits at the Creative Market highlighted the vibrant energy and outstanding practical capabilities of contemporary university students.
Through this event, we witnessed the firm determination and unlimited potential of Jilin's youth on their employment and entrepreneurial journeys, and felt the powerful synergy created by converging forces propelling Jilin's career development initiatives. Moving forward, Jilin Province will maintain its proactive approach and implement robust measures to continuously optimize the employment and entrepreneurship ecosystem, providing college students with greater opportunities and broader development space.
This gathering not only showcased achievements but more importantly charted a course for future development, reflecting our collective commitment to fostering an enabling environment where young talents can thrive and realize their aspirations. The province remains dedicated to building a supportive platform that transforms innovative ideas into tangible successes.
Ten alliance universities, notably Changchun University of Chinese Medicine, Changchun University of Technology, Jilin Jianzhu University, Changchun University, Jilin University of Arts, and Jilin Animation Institute, collectively showcased over 100 innovative projects at the Creative Market. The exhibition presented a diverse array of high-quality, original creative products available for viewing and purchase.
The Creative Market also hosted a dedicated Employment and Entrepreneurship Services booth, offering students multifaceted support including policy consultation, professional career guidance, job placement recommendations, and startup assistance. Complementing these services, Jilin Broadcasting Television Station's popular program "The Right Job for You" conducted live on-site job matching sessions, connecting students with potential employers in real-time.
