Recently, Jilin Animation University participated in an educational exchange delegation organized by the China Association for Non-Government Education (CANGE) to the United States and Canada. This visit, initiated at the invitation of the British Columbia Council for International Education (BCCIE), included over 20 Chinese private higher education institutions and organizations. The delegation aimed to strengthen Sino-US and Sino-Canadian higher education collaboration, explore innovative approaches to industry-education integration, and further promote the internationalization of China's private education sector. Led by Liu Lin, President of CANGE, the delegation included Liu Xin, Vice Chairman of JAI, serving as Deputy Head.
During the visit, Liu Xin attended British Columbia's International Education Week activities and delivered a keynote speech titledExpanding Boundaries · Pioneering Future Paths—— JAI Practice in Powering Innovation through Industry-Education Integration, comprehensively presenting the university's "Openness and International Orientation" educational philosophy and innovative industry-education integration model.

During the visit, the delegation participated in BC's International Education Week events, hosting a China-focused forum attended by Dong Zhixue, Education Consul of the Chinese Consulate General in Vancouver. Liu Xin's keynote speech on JAI's industry-education integration practices drew strong interest. Dong Zhixue affirmed JAI's international cooperation approach and encouraged deeper China-Canada institutional collaboration.
JAI engaged with Capilano University, University Canada West, Langara College, Coquitlam College, and Thompson Rivers University, exploring cooperation in joint productions, student exchanges, and faculty development.
