On June 14th, the launching ceremony of the “Sense Jilin - Youth Walking Together”2025 China - Russia Youth Cultural Exchange Series Activities was held in Changchun, Beijing Street West historical and cultural district.The event was organized by Jilin Foreign Cultural Exchange Association, Information Office of the Jilin Provincial People's Government and Jilin Provincial Foreign Affairs Office as the instructor organizations. On the launching ceremony, Jilin Foreign Cultural Exchange Association and Ministry of Sports and Physical Culture of Primorsky Krai exchanged Memorandum of Understanding on China-Russia Youth Sports and Cultural Exchange Cooperation.Leaders of instructor organizations and heads of relevant Russian organizations participated in the event.The launching ceremony was presided over by Liu Xin, Vice President of Jilin Foreign Cultural Exchange Association and Vice Chairman of Jilin Animation Institute.

At the event, Chinese and Russian youths were immersed in the charm of multi-culture.They listened carefully to the explanations of Peking Opera culture and enjoyed the unique flavor of the traditional Chinese opera art; they were curious to learn about the fish skin making techniques of Chagan Lake and marveled at the exquisite and magical traditional handicrafts; they actively participated in the Peking Opera face painting activities and depicted colorful faces with their own hands, experiencing the profundity of Chinese traditional culture in practice.
The successful launching of this series of activities marks the opening of a new chapter in the field of youth culture and sports exchanges between China and Russia, and lays a solid foundation for more in-depth and extensive cooperation between the two sides in the future.
