On August 28, during the seminar on “New Dimensions of Film and Television: Light, Shadow, and the Imagination of the Times,” one of the major cultural events of the 20th China Changchun Film Festival, Jilin Animation Institute and Changchun Film Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Zheng Liguo, Chairman and President of Jilin Animation Institute, and Zhuang Yan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Changchun Film Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
