From June 5th to 8th, 2013, the 4th China Changchun Northeast Asia Culture Art Week and the 6th China Jilin International Animation,Comic and Game Forum were successfully concluded with the attending of 32 well-known experts and scholars, such as Ed Desroches (President of ASIFA) and Nelson Shin (Honorary President of Jilin Animation Institute), sponsored by Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, China's Literature Art Association, the People's Government of Jilin Province and the People's Government of Changchun City.
