On September 12, the live final of the proposal-planning category of the 18th National College Student Advertising Art Competition was held at the Jilin Provincial National Advertising Industry Park, alongside the launch of the "Gathering in Jilin, Meeting at the Winter Universiade" Ji Guang Youth Community Impromptu Creative Speech Competition. The dual-competition linkage brought together young creativity, warming up and empowering the 2027 Changchun Winter Universiade. Shi Yuhao, a student of Jilin Animation Institute, won the Special Honor Award of this competition with his work "Ji Guang Awakens Ice and Snow · Creativity Ignites the Winter Universiade" .
Built on the talent and creative foundation of the National College Student Advertising Art Competition, this impromptu creative speech competition was developed by Changchun Ji Guang Media Group and the Ji Guang Youth Community. Open to elite finalists of the Advertising Art Competition and outstanding young contestants from universities across the province, it adopted a "24-hour impromptu challenge" format, centering on creative planning competitions themed around the 2027 Changchun Winter Universiade and Jilin's cultural tourism. Our university's contestant, Shi Yuhao, who holds the triple cultural tourism recommendation identities of "Jilin Province Ice and Snow Star Promoter," "Changchun Cultural Tourism Youth Recommender" and "Siping City Gold-Medal Hometown Recommender," combined the findings of his field research on 54 characteristic business projects across Jilin Province to develop an integrated creative plan spanning the Jilin Provincial National Advertising Industry Park, the Advertising Art Competition, the Winter Universiade and Jilin's cultural tourism. His output included the original cultural tourism IP "Three Friends of Spring City" (Chuncheng Sanyou), as well as multiple creative and practically implementable plans such as the "Ice and Snow Co-Creation Workshop" and "Ice and Snow Youth Night."
