On January 10, the Fourth National Congress of the China Association for Non-Government Education (CANHE) and the 15th (2025) China Non-Government Education Development Conference were held in Beijing. The conference was themed "Aligning with the '15th Five-Year Plan' Development Strategy, Jointly Drawing a New Blueprint for Innovation and Development of Non-Government Education." During the conference, Zheng Liguo，Chairman and President of Jilin Animation Institute, has been elected as Vice President of the China.
The China Association for Non-Government Education is a national first-level corporate entity registered as a legal entity, approved by the State Council and officially authorized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Established in 2008, it is a non-profit, industry-based social organization voluntarily formed by non-government educational institutions of various types and levels across the country, as well as individuals working in the non-government education sector. The association is under the joint leadership and administration of the Central Social Work Department, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
On the day, nearby 900 participants attended the conference, including members of the association's Academic Committee, relevant experts and scholars, heads of local prefecture and city non-government education associations, member representatives, and representatives of outstanding non-government schools from across the country.
