Liu Xuejun stated that in June 2023, under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Education, Jilin Animation Institute spearheaded the establishment of the Jilin Province University Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Cultural and Creative) Alliance. By pooling the resources of 60 universities across the province, the Alliance has successfully built a provincial-level collaborative development platform for innovation and entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative sector.Over the past two years, upholding the philosophy of "Joint Entrepreneurship and Integrated Development," the Alliance has engaged universities, enterprises, and venture capital institutions to create signature provincial-level events such as the Jilin "Alliance Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the university student entrepreneurship market. More than 100 regular activities—including innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, campus tours, project roadshows, and school-enterprise matchmaking—have been held. These efforts have gathered over a thousand entrepreneurial projects and engaged more than 10,000 faculty members and students. Through these initiatives, the integration of industry and education has deepened, and cooperation between universities, local governments, and enterprises has become increasingly substantive. This has fostered a development landscape characterized by shared resources, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit, effectively improving the quality and efficiency of cultural and creative innovation education across the province, and laying a solid foundation for industrial upgrading, talent retention, and the success of youth in Jilin. Liu Xuejun emphasized that this event aligns closely with the national innovation-driven development strategy and focuses on the core theme of "retaining talent in Jilin through entrepreneurship to drive employment." It precisely meets the trend of high-quality, cross-disciplinary development in the cultural and creative industries. He expressed his hope that universities across the province would take this opportunity to further inspire the innovative thinking, entrepreneurial vitality, and potential of students and faculty. By doing so, they will facilitate the transformation and upgrading of campus creative and sci-tech achievements from imaginative ideas into tangible realities, thereby injecting a continuous stream of youthful energy into the high-quality development of Jilin’s cultural and creative industries and the cultivation of new quality productive forces.

Zheng Liguo stated that this event serves as a concentrated showcase of the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements in the cultural and creative fields across Jilin’s universities. It is a vital initiative designed to align with the broader landscape of Jilin's comprehensive revitalization while promoting a systematic and comprehensive integration of innovation and entrepreneurship. Centered on the theme of "Joint Entrepreneurship and Integrated Development," the event focuses on the upgrading of cultural and creative industries, the integration of art and technology, and practical innovation, bringing together projects, resources, and talent to inject new momentum into innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the province’s higher education institutions.Jilin Animation Institute has consistently integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education throughout the entire talent cultivation process. Guided by the core culture of "Innovation, Creation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurship" (the "Four Creations"), the school has steadfastly advanced the integration of learning, research, and production, as well as the deep fusion of industry and education, professional and entrepreneurial training, and technology and art. In 2022, the school was successfully approved as a construction unit for a "National-level Innovation and Entrepreneurship College." It continues to deepen its "Grand Teaching System" for industry-education integration, leveraging five provincial-level engineering centers to strengthen support for frontier technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual production, and real-time rendering, thereby building a cross-disciplinary system guided by market-oriented projects. The school is currently accelerating the construction of its Shuangyang Industry-Education Integration Campus, establishing a new model for a national-level innovation and entrepreneurship college. By developing functional spaces such as global roadshow centers and youth entrepreneurial communities, the institute practices an integrated philosophy of "Education + Culture, Technology, Art, and Market," striving to build a "front-store, back-factory" entrepreneurship model that promotes the fusion of new technology and art while driving consumption upgrades.Zheng Liguo further noted that artificial intelligence is currently reshaping industrial structures, driving consumption upgrades, and catalyzing entirely new business forms with unprecedented depth and breadth. In the field of cultural and creative industries, in particular, the success rate of entrepreneurship is rising due to the support of new technologies, making the lightweight "one-person company" entrepreneurial model a tangible reality. Looking to the future, Jilin Animation Institute will continue to be led by new technologies to promote new consumption and the upgrading of new business formats. The school will fully implement a new partnership model to build a global entrepreneurship consortium and deepen the collaborative creation mechanism of the Jilin Province University Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Cultural and Creative) Alliance. He expressed his hope that this event would serve as a new starting point to gather collective wisdom, foster the bidirectional empowerment of technology and art, shine a spotlight on Jilin’s innovation and entrepreneurship brand, and boost the high-quality development of the cultural and creative industries.
