The signing ceremony for the "Promoting High-Quality Development of Jilin's Cultural Industry—Film and Television Arts Education and Industry Cooperation Project," co-hosted by Jilin Animation Institute and the China Xia Yan Film Society, was held on June 29 at Jilin Animation Institute. During the ceremony, Jilin Animation Institute signed strategic cooperation agreements with several organizations, including the Singapore Lion City International Film Festival Committee, the Mao Zedong Poetry Life Museum, Writers' Network, and Zhongguancun Digital Media Industry Alliance.
Supported by the China Literary and Art Workers Film and Television Center and co-organized by the Jilin Province University Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Cultural and Creative) Alliance, the event featured seven main segments with eleven agenda items. This initiative reflects the commitment to implementing President Xi Jinping's cultural vision and practicing the principle of serving the people through the arts. The event also highlighted the active efforts of higher education institutions in nurturing new artistic talent and contributing to the high-quality development of Jilin's cultural industry.
Prominent figures such as Zhao Huayong, a former member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former president of China Central Television, and Chen Mei, a second-level inspector of the Jilin Provincial Department of Education, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Other notable attendees included Zheng Liguo, Chairman of Jilin Animation Institute; Zheng Zi, Executive Vice President of the Asian Microfilm Academy; and well-known actors Zang Jinsheng, Wen Yujun, Zhu Yanping, Tong Fan, and Wang Yijun, along with esteemed directors Kang Weiping and Jiang Xiaoyu, and cultural scholars Zhao Zhi, Sheng Zengbo, Dai Wenjiang, Shen Zhuyin, Xu Haiyan, Wen Lianyan, Wang Bin, and Han Yi. The event was hosted by Zhao Baole, a national first-class screenwriter and renowned host.
