In order to boost the development of culture and creative industry of China, and promote the cooperation between the culture and creative industry in Jilin Province and the overseas market, the International Animation, Comics, & Game Forum 2018, Jilin China was held in Jilin Animation Institute (JAI) on September 5th and 6th. The Forum was sponsored by the Organizing Committee of 14^th China Changchun Film Festival, and organized by JAI. The theme of this International Animation, Comics & Games Forum, Jilin China 2018 was Chinese Animation, Comics & Games Path Exploring for Internationalization In the New Era. The Forum focused on the new global vision and analyzed the current situation and development trend with a new sight and aimed to build an exchange and cooperation platform of China's animation, comics and games, which would improve the overall level of animation, comics and games industry. This Forum was not only an academic experience sharing conference for the animation, comics and games industry, but also provided ideas and sought for fusion and breakthrough for the development of animation, comics and games industry, which examined and sorted out the influence of the era characteristics on animation, comics and games industry from a new perspective and promoted an integration of different cultures among the industries. With internationally advanced creative ideas, production skills and management modes communication, it jointly planed the development vision of the cultural industry and built a brilliant future for the animation, comics and games industry.

Meanwhile, a series of activities and events were organized successfully during the forum, including Round Table Meetings, the Unveiling Ceremony of Film Research Institute of Jilin Animation Institute was held on September 5th, and the Opening Ceremony of Animation, Comics and Games Professional Committee of China Cultural Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector & Inauguration of China Cartoonist Union was held on September 6^th. The International Animation, Comics & Games Forum, Jilin China has become an important part of Changchun Film Festival, and it features in playing the advantages of colleges and universities on facilitating local economy, social and cultural development, and animation and film industry of Jilin Province.
