On November 19,college graduates Employment Negotiation Month—the conference about Culture and Creative Industries on Employment and Entrepreneurship of graduates of the 2018 session in Jilin province was held at Jilin Animation Institute,which is hosted by the Education Department of Jilin province, Jilin province Human Resources &Social Security Ministry,co-organizer of Jilin Animation Institute. About 682 employers in 20 provinces and cities’ companies attended the conference coming from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong,Fujian, Jiangsu, Jiangxi etc, providing demand posts nearly 14000, more than 20 professional graduates from all over the province attended the conference .

The symposium started at 9 am, a large number of students gathered in the Jilin Animation Institute library. Most graduates were preparing them resumes elaborately, carefully understanding enterprise hiring and related requirements, asking the recruiters about relevant circumstance frequently. Recruiters were also patiently explaining their answers to graduates. Chen mei, the director of the Higher School Student Affairs Office of Education Department of Jilin province. Zheng zhihong, the director of the Employment Guidance Center of Higher School Graduates of Jilin province, and other leaders conducted on-the-spot inspections. More than 20 news media did the interview.

In addition, the conference in Jilin Animation Institute mobilized various aspects strength actively, set up a specializing and socializing entrepreneurship service platform with regional influence ,to deepen strategic cooperation for talents. Jilin Animation Institute held three university-enterprise symposiums during the conference, department leaders and front-line teachers also had in-depth communication with companies. The school docking regional, industrial, and industrial demands actively, in order to optimize the discipline layout, lead the teaching reform, establish employer and graduates employment status feedback system, focus on training students' creative ability and laying foundation of employment ability.
