On October 20, 2016, Head of Educational Programs Department of Pacific National University, Olga V. Porva, and Assistant of the First Vice-President for Strategic Development and International Cooperation of Pacific National University, Ekaterina A. Petrova paid a visit to Jilin Animation Institute. Wang Xiaoyan, the Vice-president of Jilin Animation Institute, Gavin Liu and Roy Jiang, the coordinators of International Cooperation and Exchange Center cordially received the delegation.

In the symposium, Ms. Olga V. Porva and Ms. Wang Xiaoyan introduced briefly the information of each university respectively and had a further understandings on the exchanges and communications between universities and mutual visits between teachers and students. Meantime, they had a further discuss on the current situations and future opportunities between the universities in Far East of Russia and China under the framework of Association of the Universities of China and Russia. Ms. Wang Xiaoyan said we will find the projects that both parts are interested in and connect with members of Association of the Universities of China and Russia to have further understandings, and cooperation ultimately.
